HR Manager, Recruiter $1000-2000 (offline)
As an HR Manager & Recruiter, you will manage the overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. You will be the only HR in the organization. You will design and implement an effective recruiting strategy to attract and retain the best talent for the company. Your role will involve managing employee relations, developing and monitoring HR strategies, and enhancing engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Recruiter
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and values.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Sourcing and Screening:
Post jobs on various platforms, source candidates using multiple channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure seamless onboarding.
HR Strategies:
Create, maintain and improve HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, progress reviews, maintaining pay plans, team events etc.
Address employee relations, enhance engagement, and motivate the workforce.
Compliance and Communication:
Ensure legal compliance in HR practices.
Bridge communication between employees and executives.
Direct reporting to CSO and COO.
