Responsibilities:

- Sourcing, attracting and assessing potential candidates for vacancies in accordance with customer requirements.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills.
- Maintaining documentation and candidate database.

Requirements:
- Experience in the field of recruiting from 1 year
- Knowledge of English at B2 - C1 level
- Experience negotiating with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to work in the schedule from 15:00 to 00:00 Kiev.
