Junior HR manager (offline)

International digital marketing company Adavice Media is looking for an HR manager to join our team​. Please note, due to certain specifics of work we are only considering candidates who live in Kharkiv city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Establish and maintain HR processes within the team
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members to create healthy corporate environment
- Control and report on work processes to the management
- Assist the finance manager in complying reports
- Assist the team with admin tasks

Requirements:
- Proven team management skills
- Prior experience as HR or recruiter will be a plus
- English - Strong intermediate and above
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Ability to set and perform tasks independently
- Strong communication skills, ability to find approach to different personalities
- Basic knowledge of Excel
