B2B Marketing Specialist (offline)

Project Description:

Luxoft Training Center sells training services to external clients worldwide

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and tactics to promote Luxoft Training course portfolio and own their implementation from ideation to execution

• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence

• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis

• Prepare marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures, case studies and presentations

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

 

Mandatory Skills Description:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing or advertising position

• Experience working with CMS systems

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

• Experience in setting up and working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads etc

• Working experience with image editing software - Photoshop, Canva etc

Creativity and out of the box thinking

Experience in partnership relations building

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience on similar position in IT Training Company
