Job Description:
As the CTO of Solu, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the technological strategy for companies of the group. You will be building teams, establishing processes and creating products to drive business growth. You will also be the IT consultant and a go to expert to evaluate and adjust IT strategies of the group’s businesses.

Technical requirements:
Experience with web projects and technologies (PHP, JS, TS, MySQL, etc.).
Knowledge and experience working with REST APIs.
Experience in designing and developing highly scalable and extensible applications.
Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and the ability to apply them.
Experience with DevOps processes.
Understanding of infrastructure build in AWS and Azure.
Deep understanding of design patterns and best practices in development.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, with excellent communication skills.
Experience in documenting architecture (HLD, C4, UML, Sequence Diagram, etc.).
Knowledge of key tools for collecting system metrics, monitoring, and logging.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a CTO.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and communicate the overall technology strategy aligned with the business objectives of the holding.
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation.
Project Oversight:
Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring the successful completion of milestones.
Team Building and Management:
Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams to support the diverse IT needs of the holding companies.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology teams.
Product Development:
Drive the development of cutting-edge products that address business challenges and contribute to the overall success of the holding.
Outsourcing Management:
Evaluate the feasibility of outsourcing vs. in-house development based on economic and productivity considerations.
Manage external vendors and outsourcing relationships to ensure optimal performance and delivery.
Technology Assessment:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for their adoption to enhance the holding company's competitive advantage.
