Our team is looking for a Lead Generation manager who will be responsible for developing long-term trusted relationships with new and existing clients, and research leads. If you are an ambitious and result-oriented person who is able to work hard to get maximum results, let’s join!

Main responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years of experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Lead Generation Manager role.
Identify Target Leads: Thoroughly research and identify potential leads within our target audience on LinkedIn.
Data Management: Maintain an organized database of new and prospective clients.
Lead Generation Campaigns: Execute mass lead generation campaigns through a combination of automation tools and manual outreach.
Lead Follow-Up: Respond to and diligently follow up with leads, adhering to our established company strategies.
Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the Lead Generation Director to develop and expand our sales pipeline.
Reporting: Prepare concise reports summarizing your work.


Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, Internet, Google Sheets/Tables, and social networks, particularly LinkedIn.
Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate level of English (spoken and written) .
Organized and Proactive: Be organized, attentive, responsible, and proactive in your approach.
Creativity: Demonstrate creativity in responding to leads, and be ready to study and analyze data using sales intuition.
Experience with Automation Tools: Proficiency in using automation tools for LinkedIn and email campaigns (e.g., Waalaxy, Snov.io, Woodpecker, Reply.io, LinkedHelper, and Sales Navigator, etc.).
Email Marketing: Experience in email marketing strategies.
Experience in ICP Drafting: Proven ability to draft Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
Searching for Relevant Companies: Experience in identifying relevant companies and their ICP contacts.
Experience in Outsourcing/Outstaff Company: Previous experience working in an outsourcing or outstaffing company.
Scripting Experience: Proficiency in scripting for automated processes.
CRMs: Knowledge of CRMs, specifically HubSpot.
Task Tracking Systems: Experience with task tracking systems such as Trello, Asana, and Jira.
