Developing and implementing new features and dashboards on the DealCloud platform or similar CRM systems.
Analyzing customer needs and company business processes to optimize the CRM system.
Data management and ensuring its relevance in the CRM system.
Training and support of CRM users in the company.
Experience with CRM systems, including DealCloud, in the financial services industry.
Deep understanding of the business processes and requirements of the financial industry.
Experience in developing and implementing new features and dashboards in CRM systems.
High competency in data analysis and data management in CRM.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
Will be a plus:
Possession of Platform Manager Certificate (DealCloud).
Experience as a specialist with Placement Agents in DealCloud CRM.
