CMO (Head of marketing) $1000-2000

We develop websites and mobile applications on No-Code. Our goal is to become the top 1 No-code agency in the world by the end of 2024. Our mission is to help businesses test hypotheses 60% cheaper and 3 times faster than "classic code development".
We are on a hunt for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our team.

Requirements:
- Your 3+ years of general professional experience as digital marketing specialist;
- At least 1+ year as a CMO, or another leading position in marketing teams;
- Ability to develop effective strategies based on marketing tendencies;
- You are able to interpret market trends, develop your own vision, and successfully execute on that vision;
- Expertise in Facebook ads, target and contextual ads, partner marketing; lead generation and experience in working with UpWork is a plus;
- Highly developed soft skills, ability to communicate effectively and respectfully on different levels; Team-player person;
- You chose a data driven approach backing your vision, strategy and day to day decisions;
- Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Development, Design, Sales, etc. Remote management experience is a plus;
- English level B2 minimum;

Responsibilities:
- Create a marketing strategy and a detailed roadmap to fulfil and meet various goals;
- Identify and consider the market trends and direct the market research efforts of the company;
- Analyse the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends;
- One of your crucial responsibilities as CMO is to generate revenue through successful marketing initiatives for the company;
- You oversee the budget and spendings in your function and make sure they are in line with the company’s financial goals;
- Creating and optimising content for company and clients, including descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Preparing presentations of the marketing services for calls with the clients;
- Conducting presentational and negotiation calls with the clients and the sales team if needed;
