We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Matchers Community Support Manager. In this role, you will oversee and enhance the experience of our community of matchers, who play a crucial role in our platform. As the Matchers Community Support Manager, you will lead efforts to build a positive and collaborative environment, address concerns, and ensure our matcher community’s overall satisfaction and engagement.
— Organizing matchers’ teamwork
— Resolving Tickets in Jira (matches queue)
— Direct communication with Competera (through ticket system)
— Hiring and firing matchers according to the process
— On-boarding of new matchers in cooperation with Quality Lead
— Monitoring chat and answering questions or involving others in responses
— Capacity Planning
— Employee analytics (sources of hiring, reasons for dismissals)
— Administration (Workbench, ReadMe, Metrics)
— Control of the improvement plan for the team of matchers
— Decision-making and management experience.
— Building transparent processes for matchers.
— Forming new teams.
— Experience working with Jira SD, G Suite, etc.
— Intermediate English proficiency.
— Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
