C++ Developer for Real-Time Audio Infrastructure and DAW Plugin Development

We are seeking a talented C++ Developer to work initially on developing a ProTools plugin to enable sound professionals to more easily use Respeecher APIs. Future tasks may involve working on other client integrations or working on the server-side systems backing our APIs.


About Respeecher

We are a Kyiv-based startup making AI models that change people’s voices. Our tech has been used to recreate the voices of famous actors in Hollywood movies and AAA video games. Now we are also providing our tech to professionals to use on phone calls, for instance to modify their accent.


Duties

Develop a high-performance ProTools plugin leveraging our voice conversion API.
Collaborate with the backend team to optimize real-time streaming and processing of audio content.
Work across various DAWs and audio/video editing tools to expand the reach of our technology.
Engage in full life cycle development, from concept to deployment and support.
Navigate latency optimization for real-time audio processing.


We expect you to have

Proficiency in C++ with a solid understanding of software design principles.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and dive into unknown territories.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for optimization.
Ability to work independently, managing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.


Would be a plus

Prior experience with audio processing and real-time systems.
Prior experience with ML operations
Experience with audio plugin development (VST/AAX/RTAS).
Familiarity with audio production software, particularly ProTools.
Understanding of network communications and API interactions.
