Middle Full Stack Developer (RoR+ React) $1560

About the project
Our goal is to create added value for hospitals, doctors, but also for patients and society. By improving the working conditions of hospital doctors, we would like to do our part to improve the German healthcare system by seeing ourselves as an instrument against the shortage of doctors and thus as an instrument to ensure medical care throughout Germany.
Workload: 30 hours per week, 120 hours per month.

The role
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails engineer who can help us build the platform.

Requirements
Significant commercial experience with Ruby, working in a Ruby on Rails environment (3+ years)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Desire to learn, grow, work with an amazing team and deliver software
Strong understanding of algorithmic techniques, design patterns, and best practices
Proficiency in working with GitHub for version control and collaboration
Experience with AWS is a plus
Experience with React

Tech stack

Backend:
DB - PostgreSQL
APP - RoR (6.0.4.8, devise, js (webpack), slim, jbuilder. AWS, ).
Backend admin app - js + slim.
Rspec - for test for all functionality.
Rswag - for generation swagger API.

Frontend:
React.js (typescript, redux, swr, sass, yup ( for validation), Formik (forms)).


Responsibilities
Write clean, maintainable, scalable code.
Deliver new features to our platform.
Improving existing codebase.
Testing/bug fixing.
