Head of Performance Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing in iGaming that will strengthen our product team.

Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specialising in UX-UI, front-end, market research, product marketing, media advertising and affiliate marketing.
The company was founded in 2014.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing;
- 2+ year of experience on a Head of Digital Marketing or Head of performance marketing or CMO position or similar;
- Expert in Media buying, Affiliate marketing, SEO and Marketing overall in the iGaming niche;
- Strong leader with advanced people management skills;
- Proven track record of leading successful projects with the budget 1kk and more in iGaming digital marketing;
- Honest & responsible personality, motivated.
- Pragmatic, data driven mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue, ROI, LTV and key traffic metrics;
- Management of the acquisition direction in the company: Affiliate, Media Buying, SEO;
- Long and short term strategy of traffic acquisition;
- Key decisions on team development, mentoring, hiring, motivation.


Will be a plus:
- English at Upper Intermediate+ level.
