Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
— 3+ years experience in BA position;
— Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile (SCRUM) experience;
— Proven experience in user stories creation, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows, and wireframes;
— Upper-intermediate English level is a must, both written and spoken;
— Good communication skills;
— Experience with the web/mobile solutions development;
— Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Will be plus:
— SQL/XML knowledge;
— Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies
Responsibilities:
— Interact with stakeholders to conduct elicitation process, present proposed solutions, manage change requests, and process feedback on different stages of the project;
— Plan and conduct requirements analysis and design definition, prepare specifications and other artifacts (presentation, guides, release notes, etc.)
— Collaborate closely with Development, UX, and QA Teams;
— Participate in Scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings;
— Assist with product backlog management and grooming.
