Email Deliverability Expert

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Email Deliverability Expert who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our email campaigns, optimizing deliverability rates, and maintaining the health of our email infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of dedicated IP management, SendGrid, mass email sending techniques, and the ability to perform detailed deliverability analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Dedicated IP Management:
- Experience in setting up and managing dedicated IPs for optimal email deliverability.
- Monitor and maintain the reputation of dedicated IPs to ensure high deliverability rates.

2. SendGrid Expertise:
- Proficient in working with SendGrid or similar email delivery platforms.
- Implement best practices for configuring and optimizing SendGrid settings.

3. Mass Email Sending:
- Design and implement strategies for sending large volumes of emails efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices.

4. Infrastructure Setup:
- Set up and maintain email infrastructure to support high-volume email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

5. Deliverability Analyses:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of email deliverability metrics.
- Identify and address factors affecting deliverability, including content, sender reputation, and list quality.

6. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Implement monitoring tools to track email deliverability in real time.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on email performance and deliverability.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Email Deliverability Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of dedicated IP management, SendGrid, and mass email-sending techniques.
- Strong understanding of email infrastructure setup and configuration.
- Proficient in deliverability analyses and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Familiarity with anti-spam regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
