Requirements:

- 2 + years of commercial experience in contract law. Drawing up contracts: commercial contracts for the provision of services under the payment system royalty/commission/service provision (Individual Entrepreneur) /NDA/NCA;
- Experience in such areas of law: commercial/contractual/intellectual property;
- Experience in working with intellectual property/registration of trademarks in Ukraine and the EU;
- Deep knowledge of KYC and DD procedures (know your customer and due diligence);
- Experience working with notaries, patent attorneys, and foreign registrars;
- Experience in registering Ukrainian and non-resident companies (European jurisdictions);
- Intermediate English level.

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Compliance and GDPR European procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Review and preparation of agreements: Review, preparation, and improvement of various agreements, including agreements on software licensing, agreements on services, agreements on intellectual property, KYC, DD, and agreements with customers;

- Intellectual Power Defender: Provides advice on intellectual power issues, including patent revocation, trademark registration, copyrights, and trade secrets;

- Data Protection and Cybersecurity: Ensuring the development of data protection laws (for example, GDPR, CCPA) and the fragmentation of data privacy policies. Reaction to the breakdown of cybersecurity;

- Contract Law: Implement and manage contract management systems to ensure compliance and enforcement of agreements;

Management of legal disputes and litigation, both defendant and plaintiff, relating to IT matters, including breach of contract and intellectual property disputes. Pre-trial settlement of disputes, and preparation of claims;

- Corporate and Labor Law: Providing consultations on labor law, including employment contracts, settlements, and disputes related to IT professionals, and working with companies resident in diia siti;

- Development and Licensing of Software: Review and preparation of requirements for the development of software and licensing for both internal and third-party software.
