We are looking for a Project manager.

Key responsibilities:
- Project set-up on the web-site Shopmetrics
- Organizing project documents
- Control of the project team of schedulers and validators, including team of other departments
- Control of the quality and the speed of project development
- Communication with the client (email, telephone, online and face to face meetings, result presentations)
- Participating in optimization of the operational processes
- Presenting the recommendations to the client according to the survey results
- Performing presentations of other services according to the clients need, up-sales.
Criteria of success:
1. WORK WITH CLIENTS:
High loyalty of clients - contracts prolongation
Satisfaction with the quality of projects’ running, keeping deadlines, meeting the client requirements – positive references

2. WORK WITH PERSONAL:
Qualified quality control of the fieldwork (according to the clients demands) and validation
Cooperation with other departments of the company (Operation SPC, Operation NPC, marketing)

3. ANALYTICS: providing the clients all necessary high quality analytical reports according to the demands (using SPC analytical department resources)

REQUIREMENTS:
English —Upper Intermediate
Ability to work in multitasking mode
Social skills, ambition and willingness to grow and develop
Good communication skills
Self-organization
Result-oriented
