We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team who will focus on high-quality development of the gaming platform, proposing and successfully implementing architectural solutions and effectively integrating the platform with third-party providers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Technical

Develop software engineering solutions by analyzing Product needs
Can setup Product from scratch
Proactively feature discussion to highlight potential impact
Reduce complex problems by applying design patterns
Code review of team members
Improve SDLC when possible
Define standards
Administrative

Mentor, teach, train and grow team according to the product needs
Prepare and lead technical interviews with potential candidates
Important:

Be responsible & Product oriented
Take ownership over made decisions related to the product/solution
Know how to escalate problem and get the proper result
Read and understand code produced by other developers
Skills

Has 4 years of experience
Has previews Java experience
Experience in development of HighLoad solutions
Architecture provision skills (able to simplify & provide efficient solutions)
Strong software engineering knowledge
AWS stack understanding
Experience working with different DB and event based microservice architectures including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka etc.
Experience working with GRPC
Container apps working in Kubernetes environment
Docker container experience
Good at working on team level
Predict risks
Tech stack

GoLang, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, ClickHouse(will be a plus)
