Retention manager (Hindi) $1000-1500

Gambling company is looking for a Retention manager with knowledge of Hindi

Responsibilities:

- Making calls to the registered customers and increase their loyalty to the company;
- Manage existing customer relationships and play an active role in developing and building advocacy;
- Resolve issues such as payments troubles, account questions and so on;
- Troubleshooting with extraordinary customer care cases;
- Receive and gather feedback, reviews and service satisfaction;
- Make upsales and reach set targets in terms of sales plan;
- Cooperate with colleagues from other departments and escalate complex issues;
- Work in a CRM system: update the information about existing customers, track and manage communication with them, log the information about the customers, etc.

Demands:

- Experience in gambling is a big advantage (preferably at the positions of account manager, VIP manager, retention manager);
- Good command of English (both written and spoken), at least level B2;
- Analytical skills (ability to analyze customers' behaviour and build further strategics of work based on gathered information);
- Outstanding communicative skills (ability and desire to talk with - customers, solve complicated issues, motivate and inspire, increase loyalty to the company).
