Role in the project

We are looking for Sales Development Representative to join our team! Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a type of salesperson who focuses on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. They are typically responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

- Enhance target account insights: Dive deep into our target accounts, ensuring our messaging is precisely tailored for maximum impact.

- Paving new sales pathways: Prepare the ground for our Sales Executives by identifying and nurturing fresh sales prospects. Assist them in smoothly navigating the sales funnel.

- Enhancing KUNA Pay’s visibility: Generate interest and raise awareness about KUNA Pay through well-crafted emails and diverse outreach strategies across multiple channels.

- Overcoming objections and hesitations: Act swiftly to address objections, clarify misconceptions, and elegantly ease concerns with confidence and poise.

- Striking the right balance: Meet your performance indicators while upholding quality standards. This involves maintaining consistent benchmarks for outreach volumes and scheduled engagements.

 

Requirements

- 1+ years of overall experience as an SDR in the software industry with a proven track record for the EU markets.

- Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques.

- Fluency in English.

- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: As the initial point of contact for our team, your clear communication disseminates our offerings effectively. Your adept negotiation skills ensure smooth conversations, laying the foundation for successful interactions.

- Creative Thinking: Sales is unpredictable; creativity offers fresh perspectives, enhances emails and pitches, leaving a lasting impression. Innovative thinking is essential for making a distinctive impact and approaching challenges with a unique mindset.

Would be a plus :

- Work experience in fintech;

- Experience in the crypto domain;

- Having a customer base and professional networking will be a plus.
