Adobe AEM Developer (offline)

Our customer is one of the most well known brands in Automotive parts industry: an international corporation with over a hundred years of history. We are engaged with European based branch to support their efforts in Digital and eCommerce space. Our team works on cloud infrastructure and solutions that facilitate sales and marketing of their products in EMEA region (~50 countries).

Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers and remote teams to design, implement, test and continuously improve scalable and extendable platform;
Participate in design review, code reviews and product demos;
Take accountability and responsibility for full life cycle of product features (from design, sizing, implementation, testing, delivery to monitoring and deprecation when needed);
Propose process improvements and drive changes;
Propagate quality culture among colleagues.

Requirements:
Familiarity with the latest technologies and concepts of AEM (like Core Components, layout editor, editable templates, style system, Dexter);
Knowledge of the Adobe Guidelines;
Proficient in general development practices, OOP, ability to solve basic development problems;
Knowledge of HTTP, REST;
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices;
Self-motivated, well-organized, details-oriented and a very strong team player;
Upper-intermediate level of English, well-developed communication skills;
BSc or MSc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
Ability to travel on-site.
