Business/System Analyst

We are inviting you to join our new team that will create a new mobile banking app from scratch and deliver end-to-end features by designing, developing, testing & delivering every sprint. You will get information about the product from stakeholders & use the latest technologies to deliver the best experience for our customers.

In this role, you will:

• Support Product Owner with providing the development team with detailed requirements.

• Collaborate with business representatives & other stakeholders.

• Requirements elicitation & user story writing.

• Hypothesis validation using event-driven approach.

• Collaborate effectively with members of development team and stakeholders.

• Proactively suggest improvements to the platform and development/testing processes.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.

• Ability to estimate work scope, plan time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.

• Experience working with business requirements and building business processes.

• Strong skills in creating documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases).

• Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and control their implementation.

• Understanding of microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Experience working with REST APIs and API documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger).

• Basic understanding of messaging brokers (e.g., Kafka).

• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries.

• Proficiency in process and system modeling using BPMN, UML, ERD.

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in the banking sector, knowledge of banking processes.

• Knowledge of modern development management methodologies.

• Work experience of implementing/refining Core and Front systems.

• Familiarity with AsyncAPI and OpenAPI specifications.
