Scrum Master (offline)

Skills required:
- 1+ year of experience in Scrum Master role or Project Manager;
- Strong understanding of Agile software development and Scrum methodology;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (speaking and writing);
- Experience in IT sector;
- Self-management, time management and self-organization skills;
- Self-education and fast-education abilities.

Will be a plus:
- Knowledge/experience about LESS or other scaling Agile frameworks
CSM, PSM or any other Scrum certifications;
- Planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master for development team of 9 people;
- Put focus on delivering business oriented product;
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives;
- Lead development team to practice agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility;
- Increase efficiency of team work and cross-teams collaboration;
- Support the Product Owner by recommending improvements and assisting in changes to best practice;
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency;
- Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition;
- Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
