Senior Full stack Developer with React and Rails (offline)

Your Key Responsibilities:
-Lead project level application development, by directing and reviewing the work of project developers and designers.
-Mentoring and managing efficiency of existing development team.
-Developing and documenting software architecture.
-Contribute and manage all phases of the development lifecycle.
-Evaluate new software products and technologies, and provide recommendations to enhance existing systems.
-DevOps, deploying applications to production and test instances.
-Communicating and interacting with customers.
-Managing project plans, estimating, and prioritizing deliverables.
-Constantly update technical knowledge and skills and share with team.
Your Profile:
- You have 4+ years of work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in React/Redux.
- You have production experience with AWS technologies, including CloudFormation, EC2, Route 53, Elasticache, RDS, Elasticsearch, AWS Lambda.
- High Load Experience.
- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Microservice Architecture Experience.
- You are comfortable working with Git.
- You have experience with automated testing.
- Elixir/Phoenix experience is a big plus.
- You have a structured, proactive working style.
- You are a self-starter and an entrepreneurial mind – You get things done.
- You are a team player.
