Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track product defects through to closure, ensuring timely resolution.
• Continuously improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
• Collaborate closely with automation tester to ensure comprehensive test coverage and focus on key areas.
• Provide actionable feedback and insights to the automation team for refining automated test scripts.
• Communicate effectively during daily video calls to report on testing progress and issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing.
• Proven ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication in a remote team setting.
