Customer Support Specialist (offline)

Necessary skills:
β€’ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (minimum accepted level is Upper-Intermediate);
β€’ Outstanding customer satisfaction and follow through skills, combined with polite, friendly and knowledgeable phone demeanor;
β€’ Computer literacy and internet savvy;
β€’ Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, able to multitask, have a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence;
β€’ Highly adaptable, self-motivated and self-disciplined;

Key responsibilities:
β€’ Provide excellent and high-quality service to Clients via email and phone;
β€’ Act as Ascendix research team;
β€’ Create the end-user version of release notes;
β€’ Create presentations, write letters, escalate non-resolvable issues;
β€’ Create and maintain a customer-facing wiki on our software;
β€’ Write end user documentation;
β€’ Write blogs and newsletters on usage tips;
β€’ Help maintain our internal wiki;
β€’ Become expert in internal licensing and certification processes.
