Middle Affiliate manager (Gambling)

Hi, I’m Ihor, Head of Gambling C3PA at PAXLE — an international group of ADTech companies. We work in Performance Marketing with dating, sweepstakes, and gambling.

Our expectations from you:

  • At least 1 year of experience promoting gambling projects
  • Understanding of CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, and LTV
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing: Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Adaptability and creativity in solving partner-specific challenges
  • Solid self-management and structured work approach
  • Ambition to grow professionally
  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher, especially strong written skills
  • Understanding of affiliate tracking platforms (such as Binom, Affise, etc.)
  • Experience or understanding of setting up technical integrations (e.g., postback URLs)

 

Your main duties will be:

  • Searching for new partner networks & webmasters to increase traffic
  • Testing and evaluating traffic sources, negotiating beneficial terms
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with affiliates
  • Regular analysis of affiliate traffic quality and fraud monitoring
  • Close cooperation with account managers: checking statistics and controlling partner payouts
  • Competitor research and traffic trend analysis
