Business Process Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Come up with areas of operational process improvement and be capable of articulating the value of the improvement initiatives;
• Construct business value cases for process improvements and build and use multi-functional relationships to drive delivery of improvements;
• Be accountable for the success of process improvement initiatives;
• Establish and maintain process documentation and multi-functional process flow;
• Gather data and perform analysis to make predictions, assess trends, and map out future processes;
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate business operational needs;
• Handle budgets and risks in operation department.

Requirements:
• Experience working in management roles;
• Experience implementing new processes and solutions in company operations;
• Knowledge of process improvement and performance improvement;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-starter, not afraid to dig-in and learn new systems or aspects of the businesses;
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work;
• Advanced English.

Will be an advantage:
• Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or equivalent;
• Good understanding of Financials;
• Experience with operation management responsibilities.
