Responsibilities:

- Process incoming requests for translation, dubbing, and video editing.

- Ensure prompt communication between freelancers and customers.

- Accept source materials (media files) from customers.

- Communicate and set tasks for freelancers.

- Provide reports related to the provision of services.

- Carry out the loading of finished material and supply to the customer.

- Execute quarterly OKRs, and annual targets agreed with the manager.

Requirements:

- You have at least 1 year of project work experience - manager/account manager/customer support.

- You speak English well (B2+).

- Strong knowledge of PC: MS Office and Google services.

- You have the following personal qualities: systematization, organization, and perseverance.

Advantage experience:

Prior experience working with YouTube bloggers and knowledge and understanding of YouTube principles.
