Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:

University degree;
Working experience as a Project Manager in the field of IT/outsourcing (2+) is a must;
Time management skills;
Leadership skills;
Agile: Scrum, XP, Kanban;
Lean Startup methodology;
Basic knowledge of software development technologies, their range of application and their value in finding solutions for business tasks;
Advanced written and spoken English;
Excellent communication skills;
Conformity to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional development teams to deliver products in time, withing the scope and budget;
Work with English-speaking clients daily;
Identify the clients’ needs, establish and formalize business and technical goals;
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
