Digital Marketing Media Buyer (N2S - Native to Search Arbitrage Department) for AI-driven Marketing Agency Offline
Hey, we are a young & fast-growing AI-driven performance digital marketing agency working globally with various customers and having internal projects with direct support from major Social Networks and Ad Channels, and we are looking for you, a new Media Buyer, to join our N2S - Native to Search Arbitrage Department!
A Facebook and/or TikTok Media Buyer would be a great addition to our team. The ideal applicant will oversee organising, carrying out, and improving media campaigns across Ad Channels. The Creative Department and you will collaborate to develop strategies to increase traffic and focus on ROI.
List of responsibilities:
- Establish and test new verticals in various GEOs and collaborate with other domain suppliers
- Utilise Google Trends, Facebook/TikTok Ad Policy, and 3rd party solutions
- Choose and evaluate the effectiveness of various keywords
- Conduct data analysis and offer insights to raise campaign effectiveness
- Work together with the creative team to create fresh concepts and creative materials
- Keep up with business trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to brainstorm new solutions and market needs we should discover and implement
What We Look For (Requirements):
- Experience with Facebook/TikTok ads for at least a year
- Experience with search arbitrage for at least three months (a major plus)
- Experience producing TikTok Ads creatives and knowledge of Policy
- Analytical abilities and the capacity to scale successful campaigns
- Leadership experience and skills will be a huge plus (optional)
- Knowledge of native grids (such as Taboola, MGID, and Outbrain)
- Working knowledge of creatives
- Search content arbitrage experience
