Sales Development Representative (offline)

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a number of ways to our Customer Success department and the evolution of the product itself. This role offers a wide array of potential challenges and the opportunity to dive deep into your area of interest as it pertains to our product and business.

Key Responsibilities:
β€” Manages sales software: CRM - keep the CRM updated, other software that facilitates sales process;
β€” Runs email campaigns;
β€” Processes incoming communications;
β€” Prequalifies leads - assess the potential of the new lead/contact;
β€” Nurtures prospects: follow up with leads that are cooling down, send useful info;
β€” Secures demo calls with qualified leads: schedules introductory calls and demontration call.

Requirements:
β€” Excellent written English and communications;
β€” Process oriented;
β€” Sales aptitude / be a go-getter.
