The client is a US-based company. It produces SmartTVs and other multimedia equipment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
2+ years of developing automated QA systems and associated test strategies;
Experience working with business-critical customer-facing applications (user interfaces, APIs, and back-end services);
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing detail-oriented documents and communications;
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts;
Solid experience with Python;
Knowledge of behavior-driven development (e.g. Gherkin, Cucumber, Behave, JBehave);
Experience with Integration testing, Mocking, Service Virtualization;
Experience in Test automation, Manual test plan creation and execution;
Experience with continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins;
Experience with Linux;
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems. Ability to think abstractly. A proactive approach to tasks

Nice to haves:

Fundamental knowledge of computer science;
Strong understanding of design patterns and clean code practices;
Experience with AWS services;
Other scripting languages experience (e.g. bash)

Responsibilities:

Designing Test Plans and documenting Test Strategy for new and old features
Write automation API tests for a new feature
Maintain and develop test suites and test libraries
Build out our automated testing infrastructure to help us build reliable, scalable, high-quality products and services
Cross-team communication
