Creative Content Manager (offline)

We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager who is eager to apply a creative and analytical approach & skills to promote an app (Health&Wellbeing industry).

Your tasks:
- Create ad concepts for performance marketing campaigns
- Create ad briefs/storyboards for designers and work closely with them to develop creative and selling content (both video and static)
- Prepare UGC scripts for bloggers/creators
- Constantly track trends and promising creative concepts
- Make audience, product, and competitors research
- Collect and apply insights about our users and new potential audience
- Prepare, moderate, and actively participate in team brainstorming
- Propose data-driven hypothesis, initiate and manage new creative tests
- Analyze creatives` test results (primarily Facebook & Instagram) and propose how we can develop the creatives
- Bring and use new tools for research and making ad creatives more catchy (including AI)
- Closely work with a cross-functional team (designers, UAM, PMM, Product team, etc.)

Skills and experience required for this position:
- 2 years+ of work experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of how to create catchy ads concepts that are oriented to a target audience
- Experience in creating ad briefs/storyboards for designers and communicating with them regarding final content
- Expertise in audience, product, and competitors research
- Storytelling and UGC expertise
- Experience in working with ads for the US market
- Be proactive, curious, creative, and have out-of-the-box thinking
- Have no fear of testing and failing
- Ability to analyze and prioritize hypotheses
- Passion for social media trends
- Effective communication skills to be able to work in a cross-functional team
- Strong time management and task ownership
- Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and responsibility
- Familiarity with these or similar competitors' research tools (SimilarWeb, BigSpy, SensorTower, etc.)
- English B2+ level

Will be a plus:
- Basics of working with content-generating or other AI tools
- Basics of Figma
- Basic knowledge of ad performance metrics
- Experience of work with paid social ads for an app product
