Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into compelling and visually appealing videos.
Ensure seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and proper pacing.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients or team members.
Motion Graphics:

Create eye-catching motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content.
Design and animate titles, lower thirds, and other on-screen graphics.
Implement 2D/3D animations, text animations, and special effects as needed.

Collaborate with content creators, writers, and marketing teams to understand project objectives and target audience.
Develop and maintain a strong storytelling element in videos, ensuring content aligns with the brand's message and objectives.
Software Proficiency:

Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit and arrange video clips.
Employ motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender) to create dynamic animations and effects.
Quality Control:

Ensure all videos meet high-quality standards, including resolution, aspect ratio, and audio quality.
Troubleshoot and address any technical issues that may arise during editing or rendering.

Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, writers, and producers, to maintain a cohesive visual style.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from team members and clients.

Maintain an organized library of video and motion graphics assets.
Keep project files and assets well-structured and accessible for future use.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, video editing techniques, and motion graphics software advancements.

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio demonstrating motion graphics skills.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Proficiency in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender).
Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound.
Creativity and an eye for detail with a keen sense of aesthetics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of copyright and licensing requirements for audio and video content.

A degree in film production, video editing, animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.
