Business Analyst/Project manager (offline)

Requirements:

— 1+ years of experience in managing IT projects and Business Analysis ;
— Experience in establishing business contacts, managing expectations, discussing customer needs, reporting;
— Experience in creating project documentation and other materials (UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, User Stories, Backlogs)
— Practical experience in applying of key BA technics (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis prototyping, prioritization, mind mapping, functional decomposition, items tracking, risk management estimation, decision analysis, etc);
— Practical experience with tools used for BA activities and team work (RMS, modeling and prototyping tools, tracking systems, communication tools, etc);
— Excellent soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.);
— Proven experience in using Jira.
— Minimum 2 successfully managed projects, from start to release of a product.
— Proven experience of communicating with clients in English, both verbally and via text correspondence.
— Desire to form a product, make personal impact.
— The first Value of the Agile Manifesto
— Advanced English (both written and verbal);

Responsibilities:

— Be a communicator between the technical team and internal business units;;
— Building and maintaining customer relations;
— Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
— Work with development team and business personnel to develop and execute plans to test and validate systems/ applications and business requirements including developing user documentation, first draft of training materials, manual updates, and field communications;
— Meet with stakeholders to gather functional requirements;
— Analyze existing procedures and evaluate requested requirements to identify system changes;
— Keep tracking of project performance from business perspective;
— Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep stakeholders up-to-date on project results and updates.
