The company has many slay directions: Reselling, SaaS, and Fintech product development. And we are looking for a motivated, proactive, and creative Recruiting Intern for our team!

Required Skills:
● English level B2+ (upper-intermediate) is a must
● Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
● Strong communication and presentation skills;
● Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field;
● Strong multitasking skills, and attention to detail;
● Focus on results.
Tasks:
● You will work mainly with searching for candidates and work in pair with Recruiters (communication with candidates, initial assessment of the CV, conducting interviews, and support of Job Offers);
● Regular monitoring of the IT markets;
● Creating new ways and approaches to attracting the best specialists;
● Direct communication within different departments and clients (IT, Product, Finance, etc);
● You have an opportunity to grow up to a full-cycle recruiter position or continue to increase your sourcing expertise.
