Key Account Manager (Fin Tech) Offline

Responsibilities:

- control of onboarding processes (connecting and launching) clients into the system

- support and development of the existing client at all stages of cooperation. Constant communication aimed at increasing turnover

- UP/CROSS-sales for existing clients

- CustDev - a collection of clients' requests for services and transfer to the product and BD departments

- processing of financial customer requests (fin-support)

- interaction with Compliance, TechSupport, BDev, and Finance departments on clients' tasks

- development and implementation of a quality/customer satisfaction system

 

Skills:

- be able to express themselves competently in written and verbal form (eng, intermediate and above)

- be able to translate the company's interests into customer benefits

- knowledge of the market and methods of online payments and services

- understanding of the peculiarities of e-commerce, i-gaming (gambling/betting)

- proactive position

- high level of communication skills

- self-organization, and a keen desire to grow professionally
