Project manager (offline)

Requirements:

- Great English communication skills, written as well as spoken;
- Understanding the processes of team management;
- Team management experience (5+ people);
- Empathic and thrive by working with people;
- Understanding of the all stages of the software lifecycle;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking;
- A results-oriented approach towards team efficiency management.

A plus would be:

- Technical education or software development experience.
