Lead Generation specialist (offline)

We are looking for a Lead Generation specialist responsible for developing long-term trusted relationships with new and existing clients, and research leads. If you are an ambitious and result-oriented person who can work hard to get maximum results, let’s join!



- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation via email and LinkedIn newsletters;

- Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies;

- English proficiency at B2 level, with the ability to express thoughts competently in writing, independently or with tools like ChatGPT and Grammarly, and with correct sentence formulation.

- Independent research skills to find and organize relevant information when needed.

- Attentiveness and responsibility, as the work may involve some monotony, requires understanding its importance.

- Fast learning ability to efficiently grasp a large amount of information at the outset for smoother ongoing work.

- Proficiency in working with Google Docs, particularly Google Tables.

- Additional desirable skills include familiarity with freelance websites, social networks, and recruiting platforms like Djinni, LinkedIn, E-Mail, etc.
