Level 2-3 Technical Support Engineer (offline)
Requirements:
— Level of English — Intermediate +
— Experience in software development, reverse engineering with Java, Scala, JavaScript.
— 3rd line incidents processing: root cause analysis, development scripts and fixes
— Independent in finding hotfix solution
— Pragmatic, motivated and communicative personal skills
Will-be-a-plus skills:
— Previous experience as L2-L3 Technical Support Engineer
— Basic knowledge of Groovy, ReactJS, REST API
Responsibilities:
— Problem analysis, resulting in workaround suggestions or critical hot fixes escalations.
— Close cooperation with L1 support team to collect enough information for problem analysis.
— Cooperation with the infrastructure team in case some problems on the customer side regarding the environment.
— Performing testing of own urgent production fixes
— Close work with documentation
