Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment;
- Architect, implement, and iterate on new and existing game systems;
- Write robust, maintainable code that meets the high-quality standards of our company;
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other engineers to create a shared vision and build a top-notch game;
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems;
- Construct and optimize the technical processes within trusted teams;
- Developing the client side of mobile projects on Unity
- Developing business logic
- Developing core mechanics
- Integrating third-party services
- Profiling and optimizing of code and graphics
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in game development with Unity3D;
- Proven leadership experience, guiding a team through the complete cycle of a game development project;
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Unity's scripting API;
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for debugging and profiling;
- Experience in mobile development and solving problems with ANR and Crashes;
- Ability to justify technical solutions to stakeholders;
- Proactive position, desire to improve existing processes;
- Ability to quickly prototype new game mechanics
- The clarity in communication by being concise and articulate
- Passion for clean code and experience maintaining long-term projects

It will be a plus:
- Experience working with Addressables, UniTask, Zenject, Odin Inspector
- Deep understanding of shaders, networking, AI, physics, or UI in Unity;
- Experience writing shaders
- Upper-Intermediate English level
