Business Analyst / Product Owner (offline)

Requirements
• Experience in IT more than 3 year as Product Owner / Business Analyst;
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical and data visualization skills;
• Strong knowledge in SQL MUST HAVE
• Knowledge in UML
• Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies;
• Experience in working with data visualization tools, building interactive reports, complex dashboards;
• Knowledge in software development methodologies;
• Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design;
• Knowledge and experience in Agile processes;
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities
• Analysis of client`s business needs;
• Writing technical tasks and specifications containing requirements;
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation;
• Analysis of problem areas and suggestions for improvement;
• Responding to change over following a plan;
• Deliver working software frequently, from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, with a preference to the shorter timescale;
• Changing requirements, even late in development;
• Conversation face-to-face with team (QA, Developers) during project development, resolving issues and discussing with client;
• Providing estimations for new projects;
• Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies.
