SCRUM Master (offline)

We work:
- In small agile cross-functional teams with dedicated Product Owner and in close collaboration with QA and DevOps engineers
- We align the vision of our goals by conducting joint workshops every couple of months
- All team members have several trips to Copenhagen per year

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperation with Product Owner and other stakeholders
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Coaching and sharing Agile/Scrum principles among a team members
- Planning sprints, monitoring and controlling tasks flow, reporting to customer
- Being an initiative and active member of Management Team
- Establishing, supporting and optimizing the processes within the teams and on higher levels
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Scrum master experience or working on management position in software development companies
- Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines
- Experience working with high professional teams and technically complicated products
- Excellent understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent English and perfect communication skills
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Scrum master certification
- Experience working with multiple Product Teams
- Experience with SoS/SAFe/LeSS etc.
