RevOps Consultant (HubSpot)
MarTech Do is seeking a HubSpot RevOps & CRM Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across revenue operations and CRM strategy for our B2B clients.
In this role, youβll serve as a trusted consultant, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success processes within HubSpot to drive scalable growth. Youβll be responsible for assessing client needs, designing operational frameworks, and implementing end-to-end HubSpot solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & CRM Architecture:
β Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, assessing their revenue operations and CRM structure
β Design, implement, and refine RevOps frameworks to align sales, marketing, and customer success within HubSpot
β Translate business needs into technical HubSpot solutions tailored to each clientβs goals
HubSpot Configuration & Optimization:
β Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, including:
- Custom properties
- Workflow automations
- Lead lifecycle stages
- Pipeline structures
- Sequences and email templates
β Ensure data integrity, governance, and system hygiene across client portals.
Automation, Reporting & Analytics:
β Build lifecycle automations, lead scoring models, and nurturing workflows to streamline buyer journeys. Develop insightful dashboards and reports for lead attribution, funnel tracking, sales forecasting, and marketing ROI
β Use data to advise clients on improving sales velocity, pipeline conversion, and customer engagement
Client Enablement & Project Management:
β Lead multiple client projects with accountability for scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment
β Deliver training and documentation to ensure client adoption of RevOps processes and HubSpot tools
β Actively monitor platform performance and iterate based on evolving client needs
Qualifications:
β 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or CRM Consulting
β 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (including HubSpot CRM configuration and customizations)
β Marketing & Sales Hub automation
β Reporting and dashboard creation
β Proven ability to lead CRM implementation and optimization projects across B2B clients
β Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and campaign management
β Experience in a fast-paced consulting or agency environment
β Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Loom, Miro, and Google Workspace
β Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex systems in business-friendly terms
β Comfortable managing multiple client stakeholders and navigating strategic conversations
β English fluency (Native or high proficiency)
