Senior lawyer (Crypto) $2500-4500 Offline

What you will do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy for Crypto and Forex to enhance profitability and introduce innovative services;

Business risks assessment and elimination;

Forming and managing a team of lawyers;

Enhance the skills of lawyers through professional development. inspire motivation, and oversee their evaluations

Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients from the CIS, EU, Asia;

Prepare legal advice, draft legal documents, proposals and responses to clients requests;

Сommunicate with state authorities, foreign banks, lawyers, accountants, notaries etc;

Partner with cross-functional and regional teams and provide support on legal matters of varying complexity, sensitivity, and tangibility;

Qualifications and personal attributes:

Degree in Law;

Over two years of experience in legal consulting for Forex/Crypto initiatives (must have);

Expertise in company incorporation and obtaining Payment, Investment, and Crypto licenses (must have);

Strong project management skills, and practical experience in managing numerous legal projects will be advantageous;

Proficiency in spoken English is essential;

High analytical skills, attention to details;

А desire to be working for a truly challenging landscape and delve into areas of law which may not have previous precedents or lead on examples;

Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and keen to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines.
