Generative AI/ML Consultant Offline

On behalf of Savannah Group, GT is looking for a Generative AI/ML Consultant. Savannah Group is looking to expand its team in order to increase the pace of its development.

Savannah Group is a global executive talent solutions business with its headquarters in London. Founded 20 years ago, it has 70 employees and places senior executives into Fortune 500, FTSE 100, 250, private, public sector, and PE-backed clients. Its clients include Starbucks, Pepsi, Mondelez, Virgin Atlantic, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Aston Martin, PayPal, Manchester City, Vodafone, 3i, Bridgepoint, and many others.

⭐️ Goal: Savannah is looking to develop a product for enterprise customers which helps them plan future talent strategies by enabling them to research companies and executives to build lists or pools of relevant talent.

🛠 Project stage: They have developed an MVP that uses a novel and unique way of identifying companies to headhunt in, and who might be the relevant person in that organization.

👥 You will work closely with the technology leadership team and help tackle the engineering challenge of reducing the research time by a factor of ten: from 30 days down to 3 days. Moreover, you are going to build beautiful cutting-edge products that will be used by some of the world’s biggest brands. In this way, helping them improve the quality of the senior executives they hire.

🚀 The purpose of the role:

• Creating content for job descriptions, competency guides, learning outlines, and onboarding and transition tools.

• Create skills models, experience models, and candidate profiles for recruiting.

• Analyze and improve pay, salary benchmarks and rewards.

🐝 You will be working on:

• Improving our NLP-based classifiers and our recommender system (Together with the ML team).

• Implementing Generative AI models to improve the product.

• Measuring Model Success and working alongside data from HITL.

• Innovating AI/ML use cases fit for product features.

🔥 Essential skills and knowledge:

• 8 years of experience in Data Science, ML etc.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI (OpenAI).

• Strong knowledge of NLP and Transformers.

• Strong knowledge of Deep Learning.

• Multiclass Classification.

• Clustering and similarity measures.

• Recommender systems.

• General Data Science Knowledge.

• Good SQL skills (our dialect is MySQL 8).

• Good Python Skills.

• Pandas, PyTorch (Tensorflow), Scikit-Learn.

• Agile Development.

• GitHub.

• Advanced level of English.
