Recruiter (offline)

Position Summary:

WeSoftYou team is looking for a proactive, communicative, and creative individual who can help WeSoftYou with recruiting activities.

Responsibilities:

— Sourcing potential candidates using a variety of hunting and recruiting tools
— Сonducting all stages of the interview
— Building a strategy for predictive hiring and maintaining communication with potential candidates

Requirements and personal skills:

— Knowledge of recruitment process
— Experience in direct search and headhunting
— Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
— Ability to build strong relationships
— Good written and spoken English (Intermediate +)
— Enthusiasm for challenges, comfort with change, readiness to learn
— An optimistic attitude, active life position
— Degree educated.
