Marketing Manager (offline)

We are looking for a creative and wide thinking Marketing Manager to join our highly talented and motivated team.

 

Requirements:

• 2 + years experience in a similar position in service companies (working with English-speaking countries).

• Deep knowledge of the outsourcing market (players, most popular content topics, buzzwords).

• Experience in identifying target audiences;

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;

• Understanding of marketing elements (traditional and digital marketing, SEO, Social media, SMM ,PPC etc) and market research methods;

• Advanced communication skills in both written and spoken English are required;

• Experience with marketing and analytical tools;

• Understanding of the software development process;

• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Сonduct market research to understand the latest trends in the IT outsourcing industry, identify potential markets and understand what competitors are offering.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, content strategy and plans, content coordination and posting.

• Create and execute brand awareness and lead generation multi-channel marketing campaigns;

• Conduct multi-channel marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and lead generation;

• Launch activities to promote the company's services in various channels (social networks, email, online media, social networks, search ads, SEO, etc.)

• Analyze campaign performance, test hypotheses, and work with the team to improve performance to achieve business objectives;

• Find new channels, platforms, and tools for communication with the target audience, generate and nurture the need for the company's services at each stage of the funnel;

• Coordinating with sales teams to create marketing campaigns to achieve the business goals.
