About project:
The product allows staff in medium/large companies to connect through learning and social experiences. It will make it easier for colleagues to connect through learning and social experiences, reducing training costs, improving collaboration, creating a culture of knowledge and personal development. The platform involves a cross-platform mobile application and a web admin console.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in preparing use cases, functional specifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
- Understanding BPMN/UML modeling skills
- Advanced English (both verbal and written)
- Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
- Critical and probing mindset, attention to details
- Effective communications skills

Main responsibilities:
- Requirements elicitation and structuring
- Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria for them
- Regular clarification of requirements with the dev team
- Regular communications with clients
- Support for designers in prototype preparation
- Managing expectations of the client
