As a Talent Sourcer you will help our Senior Recruiter and Technical Recruiter to define the best potential talent profiles for both administrative and technical roles for our office in Kyiv and Warsaw.

KEY EXPECTATIONS:
- 1-2 years of commercial experience in talent sourcing of different types of roles;
- Experience of working with modern recruiting programs and tools (Linkedin, LinkedinHelper, SalesQL, SalesNavigator, Turbohiring, GitHub, Boolean Search, X-ray, MailChimp, Reply, etc.);
- Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills;
- Using modern technologies (ChatGPT);
- Passionate about talent sourcing and committed to continuous learning and development.

CANDIDATE COMPETENCIES:
- Searching for the potential candidates on social and professional networks;
- Identify profiles of qualified candidates using various search methods;
- Develop new search channels for future recruitment needs;
- Maintain a database of candidates (BreezyHR);
- Communicate with candidates, organize interviews;
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and work cooperatively with them
- English language B1, Ukrainian language B2.
